As a Specialist Compliance Advisor, you'll provide advice and support on a broad range of complex people matters, helping to resolve challenging cases and support pre‑recruitment and employment verification checking processes and organisational change activities. Working closely with the Manager People Compliance, P&C teams and leaders across the department, you'll coordinate workforce‑related requests and contribute to the successful delivery of organisational and structural change initiatives.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes by supporting accurate and compliant people services, workforce information and system outcomes. Your expertise will help build confidence in workforce processes and support informed decision‑making, while ensuring activities are aligned with legislation, policy and best practice.
