Job summary

BNY is seeking a Specialist, Client Processing Representative – Wealth Services in Berwyn, PA to join our Wealth Services team. You will process a high volume of client transactions and account-related requests in line with established procedures and service levels.

You will review work for accuracy and compliance, maintain records, resolve processing exceptions, coordinate with internal teams, and support remediation efforts while identifying workflow improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
  • 0–3 years' experience in financial services operations and client processing, preferably within wealth services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems and digital tools quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail with organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; effective written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Client-focused mindset with sound judgment and risk awareness; ability to work independently and collaboratively; curiosity and continuous improvement mindset, with comfort using AI-enabled tools and automation.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
