Job summary

Vail Resorts in Breckenridge is hiring for winter 2026/27 for an Experienced Child Care Attendant. You will care for children ages 2 months to 6 years and oversee activities such as art, story time, and outdoor play.

Starting wage is $22.50 to $32.14 per hour. Employment is winter seasonal 2026/2027 with housing available. Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children required

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care for children ages infant to 6 years
• Responsible for the personal needs of the children including feeding, sleeping and diapering
• Maintain a clean, safe and fun environment while complying with child care rules and regulations
• Communicate with parents and coworkers regarding the care of the children
• Responsible for delivering varied children's activities such as art, story time, games, and outside play
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$22.50/hr -$32.14/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
