Job summary

Vail Resorts in Wisconsin seeks a seasonal Childcare Attendant to care for children aged 2 months to 6 years. You’ll supervise activities, ensure safety, and support families in a mountain resort setting.

Hiring is for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027, with shifts including full and part time. Requirements include childcare experience, basic education, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Housing is available and benefits include employee perks.

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience working with groups of children ages 18 months to 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide a pleasant, safe and clean environment suitable for children and staff
• Accountable to Child Care Manager, ad Assistant Child Care Manager
• Work with children to provide a pleasant experience including games, feeding, and changing
• Comply with all State Regulations including required training and education
• Eat Lunch with the children; feed younger children according to parent schedule
• Diaper children, assist in toilet training
• Supervised by Teacher, Head Teacher, or Manager.

Qualifications:

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
