Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a hands-on AV/Stage Technician to support live performances in our venue. You will mix live music across genres, manage AV system maintenance, and ensure safety and policy compliance while delivering exceptional service to guests.

The role requires weekend and evening shifts, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position based in Delaware, offering benefits and growth opportunities within Bally's

Qualifications

• Must have experience mixing all varieties of live music, electric and acoustic, spanning multiple genres and age groups.
• Preferred experience with digital sound and lighting consoles.
• Required to work shifts that involve long hours in the evenings and on weekends.
• Must be able to climb ladders and operate lifts.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to physically install/configure equipment.
• Must be able to logically and independently plan, organize, and complete work.
• Must possess well-developed interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to set and achieve high standards of performance.
• Must be able to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.
• Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft office software.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English

Starting Compensation
