Job summary

The Queen Baton Rouge is seeking a hands-on AV technician to support live performances on-site in Dover, DE. You will mix audio for diverse acts, assist with lighting and sound system maintenance, and ensure safety and policy compliance across events.

You should bring proven live sound experience, proficiency with office software, and strong teamwork. Weekend and night availability is required. This role offers on-site employment with weekend commitments.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• Must have experience mixing all varieties of live music, electric and acoustic, spanning multiple genres and age groups.
• Shifts include long evenings and weekends.
• Able to climb ladders and operate lifts.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to install/configure equipment.
• Must be able to logically and independently plan, organize, and complete work.
• Interpersonal skills, initiative, and high performance standards.
• Pass a background check.
• Be punctual to schedule.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Speak, read, and write English.
