Qualifications

• Requires associate degree in Accounting or 3 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with a large ERP system and a paperless accounting environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Accounts Payable exceptions by reviewing invoices, documents, and purchase orders.
• Match invoices to supporting docs, code accounts, and process payments.
• Support tax compliance and internal controls through reviews and reconciliations.
• Prepare audit support and assist with month-end close tasks.
• Maintain electronic documentation of AP processes for training and standard work.
• Assist AP automation projects with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and IT.

## Specialist, Accounts PayableApply: Hybrid: OH-Delta: Full time: Posted Yesterday: End Date: November 10, 2026 (13 days left to apply): REQ-3495**Summary:** Responsible for timely and accurate processing of Accounts Payable invoices to support vendor relationships, capture available discounts, and ensure proper cash-flow management.
