Armada Area Schools is seeking a Special Services Instructional Aide for the 2026/2027 school year. This part-time role, with hours and location to be determined, starts at $15.00 per hour and reports to the Building Principal and Director of Special Services.

SALARY: starting at $15.00 per hour (dependent upon education)

JOB GOAL: To foster a school environment favorable to learning and personal growth

by assisting students in meeting their fullest potential; to establish

effective rapport with pupils; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes

and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for education in

accordance with each pupil’s ability; and to establish good relationships with

parents, community, and with other staff members.

EVALUATION: Performance of this position will be evaluated in accordance with the

provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Professional Personnel.
