The City of Tucson seeks a Special Project Manager in the Housing & Community Development Department to oversee asset management of EPHD-owned affordable housing and supervise third-party property managers. The Special Project Manager position at the City of Tucson's Department of Housing & Community Development (HCD) is primarily responsible for asset management of City/El Pueblo Housing Development (EPHD) owned affordable housing, and working with staff across the department. They manage the oversight of third party property managers, property compliance, monitor operations, track and report on property performance. They will also manage other high-priority HCD/EPHD projects. Work is performed under the supervision of the Affordable Housing Development Administrator. This position does not supervise.
