You will develop public engagement strategies, facilitate community meetings, and manage multiple projects with attention to budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience with grant-funded projects preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to balance regulatory compliance with resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Initiates projects by outlining scope, identifying opportunities and constraints.
• Monitors scopes, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects.
• Develops and implements public engagement strategies and coordinates public meetings and materials.
• Oversees property compliance, monitoring operations and reporting to leadership.
