Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley in Ventura is seeking a Special Projects Lead Cleaner (Full-Time) to manage and execute complex cleaning projects. You will lead a team, perform deep cleaning and floor care, and travel between sites as needed, with a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift and weekends as required.

The role requires commercial cleaning experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lead a team. Signing bonus opportunities and a range of benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to different job sites.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform special cleaning projects at various locations.
• Perform detailed commercial cleaning, including deep cleaning and floor care.
• Perform carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks.
• Assist with training and guiding team members during special projects.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
• Travel between different job sites as needed.
• Work independently while providing leadership and support to the cleaning team.
