Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in restoration, mitigation, or disaster recovery.
- Demonstrated leadership or crew lead experience.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
- Availability for emergency response and on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Lead water damage restoration and related remediation projects.
- Direct daily jobsite operations for technicians and subcontractors.
- Perform moisture inspections and psychrometric calculations.
- Monitor and adjust drying, filtration, and air scrubber equipment.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance.
