Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean - SRSNM, LLC in Ventura is seeking a Special Projects Lead Cleaner to join our team. The role requires leadership in commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and floor care, with travel between sites as needed.

The position offers a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed, and a $22.00 per hour pay rate. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, vision insurance, and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform special cleaning projects at various locations.
• Perform detailed commercial cleaning, including deep cleaning and floor care.
• Perform carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks.
• Assist with training and guiding team members during special projects.
