Job summary

ServiceMaster Residential Co in Ventura is seeking a Special Projects Lead Cleaner to oversee and perform high-level commercial cleaning projects, including deep cleaning and floor care, with strong leadership responsibilities.

You will travel between job sites, lead a cleaning team, ensure safety and quality, and participate in training while maintaining flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver?s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different job sites.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Special Projects Lead Cleaner - Full-Time

Location: Ventura

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Weekends: As needed

Pay: $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
