The Board of Education of the Special Services School District of the County of Gloucester is hiring a Special Projects Department - Student Records Manager (Hourly) in Sewell, NJ. The role focuses on maintaining student files, communicating with districts for migrant students, and assisting with parent meetings.
The position is part-time, 25 hours per week, with some evenings. Experience with MS Office and bilingual Spanish is preferred; salary is $20 per hour, with opportunities to support
High School Diploma or equivalent, associate's degree preferred.
Bi-lingual-Spanish
Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including ACCESS, spreadsheets, and databases.
Ability to work, plan and organize with a minimum amount of direction.
Responsible for maintaining student files.
Prepares and sends correspondence to school districts for migrant students.
Assists in organizing parent meetings.
Assist with preparations for summer school programs.
Assists administrators with oversight at summer school program.
Other duties as assigned by the Director.
