Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring a Special Project – Packaging Associate in Macungie, PA for a 5–7 week assignment starting 10/09/2026. You will perform hands-on packaging, inspection, and line support in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, focusing on quality and accuracy.

Choose from 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM Sundays-Thursday). Earn $16.00–$18.00 per hour with competitive weekly pay and strong support from Integrity Staffing throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read a limited number of English words and recognize differences between words and number series.
  • Ability to print and speak English.
  • Basic math skills: add/subtract two-digit numbers; multiply/divide with 10s and 100s.
  • Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions in standardized situations.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and reach during shift; lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Comfort working around moving mechanical parts in a moderate noise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Place packaged pharmaceutical materials into containers while working from a machine, conveyor, or stationary table.
  • Inspect units for quality as they are packaged.
  • Use sorting equipment or hand-sorting devices as needed (may include operating a toggle machine).
  • Code stamp packages, apply labels, assemble shipper/display, and insert materials as required.
  • Count materials and assist with rework, returned materials, or rejected materials as assigned.
  • Perform other duties to support production goals.

This is a special project assignment (5–7 weeks) with a targeted start date of 10/09/2026, supporting pharmaceutical packaging operations where quality, accuracy, and consistency matter every day.

About the Role

As a Line/Packaging Associate, you’ll perform hands‑on packaging and inspection tasks—placing pharmaceutical product into containers, checking quality, and supporting line operations to meet quantity and compliance requirements. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who are comfortable working on their feet in an active production setting.

Pay Rate
  • $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Available Shift Times
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Dress Code
  • Tops: White shirt
  • Bottoms: White pants or black pants (t-shirts, pants, sweatpants, joggers, leggings, jeans, scrubs permitted)
  • No rips/tears; no shorts
  • Footwear: Comfortable, clean, any color
