Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Pharmaceutical Packaging / Line Associate in Allentown, PA for a full-time, fast-paced operations environment. Earn up to $18/hour and enjoy safety-focused, quality-driven work.

You will support packaging and inspection, follow procedures, and ensure products are prepared accurately for shipment. English fluency, basic math, and ability to stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract 2-digit numbers; multiply/divide by 10s/100s).
• Ability to follow simple 1–2 step instructions.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Place packaged materials into containers (from a machine, conveyor, or work table).
• Inspect product for quality during packaging.
• Sort product by hand or using sorting equipment (as needed).
• Apply labels, code-stamp packages, and assemble inserts/materials as required.
• Count materials and assist with rework/returns or rejected product (as needed).
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and assist with end-of-shift cleanup.
• Be a team player—everyone works together to get the job done

About the Role

As a Pharmaceutical Packaging / Line Associate, you are a key part of the operations team—supporting packaging and inspection activities to ensure product is prepared accurately and safely for shipment. You’ll help keep the operation running smoothly by working with urgency, following procedures, and maintaining quality standards.
