This role involves supervising manufacturing operations in pharmaceutical packaging, ensuring quality and efficiency, leading safety and GMP compliance, and mentoring team members.

About the Role

As a Line Leader, you will oversee packaging associates, ensure production schedules are met, maintain product quality and safety, troubleshoot equipment issues, and improve operational processes in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. Your leadership will foster a safe workplace and promote continuous improvement within your team.

Pay Rate

Up to $22.00/hour

Shift Times

• 1st Shift: Typically early morning
• 2nd Shift: Usually afternoon/evening
• 3rd Shift: Night shift Shift hours vary to accommodate different operational needs.

• Good attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
