Job summary

System One is seeking a Line Leader II for 1st shift in Macungie, PA 18062 to support pharmaceutical packaging operations on a 6-month contract-to-hire.

You will lead day-to-day line execution, ensure GMP documentation is completed correctly, and help maintain safe, efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have pharma packaging experience, demonstrated leadership, and proficiency with Excel/Word; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Pharma inspection experience required.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Strong documentation skills; proficient with Excel/Word.
• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience, or Associate’s with pharma packaging experience (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging line activities and communicate work orders to the team.
• Ensure accurate, timely GMP batch-record documentation.
• Monitor line performance, quality, and safety; escalate issues as needed.
• Support changeovers, startups, clean checks, and daily task completion
• Help train peers and assist with production metrics and troubleshooting.
