Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions in Allentown, PA is seeking a Pharmaceutical Packaging / Line Associate for a full-time role in a fast-paced production environment. You will assist with packaging and inspection to ensure quality and safe shipment of products.

Role requires English fluency, basic math, and the ability to stand for long periods; lifting up to 10 lbs as needed. Competitive weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract 2-digit numbers).
• Ability to follow simple 1–2 step instructions.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Place packaged materials into containers (from a machine, conveyor, or work table)
• Inspect product for quality during packaging
• Sort product by hand or using sorting equipment (as needed)
• Apply labels, code-stamp packages, and assemble inserts/materials as required
• Count materials and assist with rework/returns or rejected product (as needed)
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and assist with end-of-shift cleanup
• Be a team player—everyone works together to get the job done

We’re looking for a Pharmaceutical Packaging / Line Associate to join a dynamic, growing operation in Allentown, PA earning up to $18/hour. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production/packaging environment, stays safety-focused, and takes pride in quality and accuracy. Candidates must read, write, and speak English fluently.

Pay Rate

$16–$18/hour

About the Role

As a Pharmaceutical Packaging / Line Associate, you are a key part of the operations team—supporting packaging and inspection activities to ensure product is prepared accurately and safely for shipment. You’ll help keep the operation running smoothly by working with urgency, following procedures, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
