Job summary

Harmony School of Innovation - San Antonio seeks a Special Programs Case Manager to oversee SPED/504 programs and dyslexia services, ensuring compliance and effective instruction per IEPs. The role requires coordinating ARD/504 meetings and monitoring timelines to support students with disabilities.

You will work with district staff to implement accommodations and maintain confidential student records, collaborating with teachers and parents to promote student success on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of special education teaching experience (Preferred).
• Valid Texas Educator Certification with required special education endorsement (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manages the IEP and 504 process for assigned campuses, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Plans ARD/504 meetings and serves on the ARD/504 Committee.
• Coordinates SPED/504 services and monitors timelines and reporting.
• Maintains confidential student records and submits required reports.
• Communicates with parents, principals and teachers on student progress.
• Supports general and special education staff with accommodations.
