  • Assist in development and conducting of daily cycle counting procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinates annual physical inventories.
  • Analyzes obsolete inventory, calculates inventory risks, and communicates trends.
  • Reports stolen or missing equipment in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Conducts periodic internal inventory audits.
  • Coordinates equipment procurement and inventory control.
  • Reconciles discrepancies in inventory and receives quantities from stores and vendors.

Job Summary

The Special Program Aid, under supervision, will be responsible forthe inventory in the Health Science Division building andlaboratory equipment physical inventory ensuring that inventory isproperly received, recorded, tagged, delivered, closely monitored,and disposed of in accordance with retention policies andprocedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in management, review, and hosting inventory transactiondatabase system through receiving, affixing, and recordinginventory tags.

Minimum Requirements

Pay of Rate

Pay of Rate: $17.00 per hour for up 19 hours weekly
