Qualifications

• 5+ years wiring experience in industrial plating, metal finishing or related operations.
• Experience troubleshooting chemical process systems in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience creating process documentation, SOPs and technical specs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured RCAs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical owner for plating and wastewater in the facility.
• Monitor and optimize process performance for product quality and throughput.
• Develop and maintain process specs, operating procedures, and controls.
• Support plating system operation, bath maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for wastewater and chemical handling.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, engineering and EHS teams.
