DeZURIK, Inc. is seeking a Special Order Designer I to create and maintain 2D and 3D CAD drawings and model databases, supporting simple customer special orders. Proficiency with DraftSight, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks is required to ensure accurate and manufacturable designs.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and opportunities to learn MSS, ASME, ANSI, and ASTM standards while collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of quality products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus a 2-year associate or vocational degree in technical drafting and design.
• Proficient use of 2D and 3D CAD drafting systems and computer processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D or 3D drawings and layouts using CAD software for customer installations and parts.
• Provide CAD layout support for new and existing designs and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors for data and support, and assist with simple customer orders.
