KBR is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Fort Liberty, NC) to support the mental health of service members and their families within an operational unit. Responsibilities include interviewing, assessment, and evidence-based therapies across individual, family, and group modalities.

Requirements include an MSW (CSWE-accredited), current unrestricted clinical license, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain DoD/VA clearance.

Competenze

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance, or ability to obtain clearance.
• Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent (CSWE-accredited).
• Maintains current, unrestricted clinical social work license.
• Maintains credentialing in good standing at local MTF.
• Minimum of two years within past five years in independent clinical social work practice.
• Knowledge of professional standards and ethics in clinical social work.
• Experience in brief behavioral interventions.
• May need to obtain clinical practice privileges.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience in government settings such as DoD or VA MTF.
• Maintain Basic Life Support certification.

Mansioni

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings.
• Conduct research and clinical investigations in behavioral health/work.
• Consult with medical personnel, military commanders and school districts as needed.
• Maintain patient records and generate evaluation/treatment reports.
• Provide supervision of unlicensed providers or trainees where required.
• Participate in required DoD/service training and assess treatment adherence.
• Educate patients about their mental health and treatment plan.
• Maintain patient information in registries and EMR notes.
• Collaborate with referring providers and other specialists on difficult cases.
