Job summary

KBR invites applications for a Special Operations Licensed Psychologist in the National Capital Region. The role provides clinical services and guidance in operational psychology to SOF, with relocation offered and eligibility for security clearances.

Requirements include US citizenship, APA accreditation, and licensure in appropriate jurisdictions, plus a minimum of two years of clinical practice. Relocation and benefits are provided by KBR.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program in clinical/counseling psychology.
• APA-accredited internship/residency completed.
• Minimum 2 years of peer-reviewed clinical practice.
• Current, full, active, unrestricted psychology license in US/DC/territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop resiliency programs to support service member readiness.
• Conduct psychological evaluations using interviews, testing, and collateral sources.
• Practice within licensing board guidelines and ethical standards.
• Establish psychiatric diagnoses and provide individual and group psychological treatment.
