Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Clinical Psychologist for Dam Neck, VA, with relocation offered. You will provide technical guidance and clinical services to SOF personnel, conducting evaluations and developing resiliency programs.

The role requires a PhD or PsyD in psychology, APA‑accredited internship, and at least two years of clinical mental health practice, with licensure and ability to obtain facility privileges. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD from APA‑accredited program.
• Internship/Residency completed in APA‑accredited program.
• Two years of peer‑reviewable clinical experience in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement resiliency programs for service members.
• Conduct psychological evaluations using interviews, tests, and collateral data.
• Practice within licensing board, APA ethics, and MTF privileges.
• Diagnose and treat individuals and groups, support rehabilitation.
