Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Clinical Psychologist to provide technical expertise and direct clinical service in operational psychology for special operations forces. This role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain the necessary security clearances.

The incumbent will conduct evaluations, develop resiliency programs, and deliver both individual and group therapies within regulatory and facility privileges. Relocation is offered.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• APA-accredited internship/residency completed.
• Minimum of two years of peer-reviewed clinical practice in mental health.
• Licensed to practice psychology in any U.S. state, DC, Guam, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Ability to obtain practice privileges at the military medical treatment facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop resiliency programs to support readiness and survivability of service members.
• Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, tests, and collateral information.
• Practice within licensing board rules, APA ethics, and MTF privileges.
• Establish psychiatric diagnoses and provide individual and group psychological treatment.
