Job summary

KBR, Inc. at Fort Bragg, NC is seeking a Special Operations Nurse Case Manager / Case Manager to provide professional health nursing and case management for DoD beneficiaries. Responsibilities include developing time-sensitive care plans, coordinating referrals, and ensuring evidence-based practices.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, security clearance eligibility, RN licensure, and 2+ years of nursing or case management experience with certification within the first year.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Secret or Top Secret clearance, or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum of two years nursing or case management experience.
• Certification as case manager within first year.
• Current RN license in the U.S. or equivalent.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and communicate data for health assessments to develop treatment plans.
• Assess patients by telephone using established protocols to provide cost-effective care.
• Set priorities and monitor progress toward care goals.
• Oversee discharge planning to ensure timely patient care.
• Identify patient needs for referrals and coordinate with providers.
• Negotiate and administer care agreements to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain credentialing and BCLS certification requirements.
