KBR in Coronado, CA is seeking a Special Operations Nurse Case Manager to provide professional health nursing services and to analyze the full scope of problems related to cost-effective care for Department of Defense beneficiaries. The role includes discharge planning, referrals, and ensuring compliant, evidence-based care.

Requirements include an active RN license, US citizenship, ability to obtain the necessary clearance, and 2+ years of nursing and case management certification.

Competenze

• Current RN license; active and unrestricted in any U.S. state, D.C., Guam, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Must be a certified case manager (e.g., CCM or ANCC).
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

Mansioni

• Collect, organize and communicate health data to develop time sensitive treatment plans for managed patients.
• Assess patients via telephone using established protocols to provide cost-effective care.
• Oversee discharge planning to ensure timely and coordinated patient care.
