• Safely transport students with developmental or behavioral challenges.
• Follow assigned routes and adjust for delays or emergencies.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Document trip logs, attendance, and incidents.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, schools, and families.
• Respond appropriately to behavioral situations and emergencies.
• Support charter and school-related transportation as needed.
