Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
• High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
• No professional work experience required
• Mandatory Crisis Prevention Intervention training
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to modify curriculum and implement behavior techniques

Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom activities and adapt curriculum to individual needs
• Support IEP accommodations and track student progress with licensed staff
• Prepare materials and assist with tests, attendance, and documentation
• Provide basic technical care and assist with online learning and technology troubleshooting
• Maintain a safe, hygienic classroom environment and assist with related duties
