Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom activities, adapting curriculum to individual needs.
• Implement IEP accommodations and track student progress with licensed staff.
• Prepare materials, administer tests, and assist with attendance and documentation.
• Support online learning activities and assist with technology troubleshooting.
• Maintain records of progress and behavior, report observations to IEP team.
• Provide non-violent crisis interventions and de-escalation as needed.
