Job summary

Carepool in Carmel, IN is seeking Healthcare Drivers to provide transportation for individuals with special needs. You can use your own car on a project basis or drive a partner's vehicle, building trusting relationships and helping riders access work and community activities.

Riders may be scheduled daily or weekly, and you’ll coordinate with a growing Indiana driver network. This role emphasizes safe, compliant transport and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old and 5+ years of driving experience.
• Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems.
• 100% clean driving record (minor tickets allowed).
• Must be able to provide safe and secure transport.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• 1 year of professional driving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for individuals with special needs.
• Use your own car on a project basis or drive a partner's vehicle.

• Coordinate with Carepool network to cover rides as Indiana expands.

Would you like to help individuals with special needs, developmental disabilities? That’s our goal at Carepool.

Healthcare Drivers work with consistent customers and build relationships. Use your own car on a project basis or drive a partners vehicle, to make money while helping others! We have created a transportation platform for people with disabilities to get to work and integrate into their communities.

We are seeking drivers who want to take consistent rides and build trusting relationships. Make a difference!

Using your vehicle works in a similar fashion to driving Uber, but some riders are scheduled as the same on a daily or weekly basis. Partner with other drivers to cover rides as we build our driver network through Indiana.

Requirements:

• Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems.
• 100% clean driving record (minus a minor ticket or two) is required.
• Safe and Secure transport is our middle name, so you need to be able to make it yours!
• Must be at least 21 yrs old and have over 5 years of driving experience.
• Experience helping others and/or any healthcare specific experience is preferred.
• 1-year Professional Driving is preferred.
