Job summary

Carepool in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking Healthcare Drivers who use their own car or a wheelchair-accessible van to transport individuals with disabilities to work and community activities.

Drivers choose schedules on a project basis and help riders integrate into their communities. Must be 21+, have 5+ years of driving experience, and maintain a clean driving record; healthcare experience and 1 year of professional driving are preferred.

Would you like to help individuals with special needs, developmental disabilities or the aging population integrate better into society? That’s our goal at Carepool.

Healthcare Driver roles are flexible as a side hustle or more focused, position. Use your own car to make money while helping others! We have created a transportation platform for people with disabilities to get to work and integrate into their communities. Choose your own schedule on a project basis with your own vehicle or drive a wheelchair accessible van with one of our partners.

We are seeking drivers who want to take consistent rides and build trusting relationships.

This works in a similar fashion to driving Uber, but some riders are scheduled as the same on a daily or weekly basis. Partner with other drivers to cover shifts when needed.

Requirements: Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems. Must have a clean driving record (minus a minor ticket or two, every 2-5 years) is required. Safe and Secure transport is our middle name, so you need to be able to make it yours!

Must be at least 21 yrs old and have over 5 years of driving experience. Healthcare specific experience and 1-year Professional Driving is preferred.
