Job summary

Carepool is seeking drivers in Marshfield, WI to use their own car for transportation services to individuals with disabilities and the aging population. You will work on your own schedule on a project basis, helping riders integrate more fully into society by providing reliable, empathetic transportation.

This opportunity resembles ridesharing, with some riders scheduled daily or weekly. You may partner with other drivers to cover shifts and ensure availability.

Qualifications

• Excellent personality with the ability to read people and solve problems.
• 100% clean driving record (minus a minor ticket every 2–5 years) is required.
• Must be at least 21 yrs old and have over 5 years of driving experience.
• Healthcare specific experience and 1-year professional driving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to appointments and activities for individuals with disabilities or aging population.
• Build trusting relationships and provide safe, reliable transportation on a project-based schedule.
• Coordinate with other drivers to cover shifts when needed.

This works in a similar fashion to driving Uber, but some riders are scheduled on a daily or weekly basis.
