Job summary

Innovative Harbor in Saint George, Utah is seeking reliable part-time staff to assist in our residential program, day program, supported living, and job coaching for special needs clients. Flexible schedules range from 6 to 35 hours per week, with emphasis on helping clients build life skills and social experiences.

Applicants must be 18 or older, pass a full background check and driving record review, and have dependable transportation for client transport.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and pass a comprehensive background check.
• Must have a valid driving record and DEPENDABLE transportation.
• Ability to transport clients and support their independence in the community.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in residential and day programs, and in supported living and job coaching activities.
• Assist with life skills, work experiences, social and recreational activities, and interest exploration.
• Safely transport and accompany clients to appointments and activities as needed.
• Collaborate with team to provide consistent, compassionate care.

Our purpose is to assist our clients with our residential program, day program, supported living, and job coaching. We focus on life skills, work experiences, social activities, recreational activities and interest exploration. Currently looking for part time staff (varying schedules depending on availability, from 6-35 hours per week)
