Qualifications

• Must pass a BCI background check.
• Willingness to learn each resident’s support needs.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, meals, and household routines.
• Support individual goals, choices, and community activities.
• Follow each resident’s care plan and complete required documentation.
• Communicate with managers and coworkers to provide consistent support.
• Work in both men’s and women’s homes as needed.
