Job summary

Innovative Harbor is hiring Direct Support Professionals to cover shifts when regularly scheduled staff are off. You’ll support adults with disabilities in both men’s and women’s residential homes, helping with daily routines, building independence, and participating in the community.

Hours and shifts vary weekly with swing, graveyard, and weekend availability. You’ll assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, document activities, and coordinate with staff to ensure consistent

• Must be able to pass a BCI background checkand complete required training.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities is helpful, but we welcome applicants who are ready to learn.
