Job summary

Innovative Harbor, Inc. seeks Residential Direct Support Professionals to cover shifts when regularly scheduled staff are off, assisting adults with disabilities in both men’s and women’s homes. You’ll help with daily routines, build independence, and participate in community activities.

This role requires flexibility to cover swing, graveyard, and weekend shifts, with varying hours based on staffing needs, and a commitment to respectful personal care and resident goals.
