BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Marion, NC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Direct Care Workers, and Community Support Professionals to support clients in their homes and communities.

You will provide one-on-one care, mentor clients, and help build independence and life skills in a rewarding environment. We offer sign-on bonuses in some counties, flexible schedules, and pay starting at $16 per hour with weekly pay.

Competenze

• IDD experience in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• HS diploma or GED required; education verification may occur.
• Candidates must be 18 years or older.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, daily living support).
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Engage in hobbies, recreational activities, and social engagement with clients.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Direct Care Workers, and Community Support Professionals to join our growing team in Marion, NC and surrounding areas.

As a DSP, you will work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their homes and communities. You'll serve as a mentor, companion, and support professional, helping clients build independence, develop life skills, and participate in meaningful community activities.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide personal care assistance, including dressing, grooming, and daily living support

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting pay at $16/hr+
• Weekly pay

Qualifications for Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP)

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice program)
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. While we will complete education verification as part of the hiring process, providing a copy of your diploma, GED certificate, or certified/sealed transcripts can help prevent delays if records are difficult to obtain.
