Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Kentucky to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes. You will help clients build confidence, independence, and life skills, delivering compassionate, relationship-centered care in a familiar setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area

Compensation & Schedule

• Up to $19/hr.
• Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
  • Mileage reimbursement options available
