United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Special Events Project Planner to oversee planning and coordination for events across our fence, sanitation, and temporary power product lines.

The role requires at least an associate degree and 1+ year in project management, with strong teamwork and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, meeting with clients and management to set plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year / Associate Degree.
• 1+ Year Project Management experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excelling oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage special event project lifecycle from planning through completion.
• Meet with clients, regional management, and local team to establish plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate project resources and track progress against timelines and budgets.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Liaise between client and project team regarding changes or problems.
• Coordinate the work of vendors or sub-contractors.
• Manage materials and delivery scheduling for assigned projects.
• Prepare and deliver reports to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
