Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Special Events Project Planner to lead planning and coordination for fence, sanitation, and temporary power projects within the region. You will collaborate with clients, regional management, and local teams to establish plans, budgets, and schedules.

The role requires at least an Associate Degree and 1+ year of project management experience, strong teamwork, and excellent written and verbal communication to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Year / Associate Degree.
• 1+ Year Project Management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage special event project lifecycle from planning to completion.
• Meet with clients, regional management, and local teams to set plans, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate project resources and track progress against timelines.
• Ensure work is on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Liaise between client and project team on changes or issues.
• Coordinate vendors or subcontractors and manage material scheduling.
• Prepare and deliver management reports and updates.
