Essential Functions

• Develop complete plans for the timely execution of all events the company participates in
• Build rapport with major venues to maximize sales and distribution
• Supervise special events to ensure excellent service
• Set merchandising standards for maximum brand exposure
• Perform nighttime and weekend work as needed
• Participate in company-sponsored events and festivals
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
• Maintain proper condition of equipment and products
• Collaborate with the sales department on promotions and key accounts
• Assist with event contracts and budgets
• Monitor and report on sales and SKUs for events
• Work on sales programs and special projects with management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or at least 6 months of related experience
• Valid CMV/CDL/Class A or B license

Physical Requirements

• Sitting and typing for extended periods
• Occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
• Occasional lifting up to 164 lbs.
