EVENT MANAGER – Permanent – REMOTE

Salary:£30,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Fantastic opportunity for a proactive and experienced events professional (ideally agency). Our client is a top tier agency who deliver global events in the financial services sector and after their inception a few years ago they are now looking to grow the team and bring an event manager/event producer on board. Working with some if the worlds most respected brands this role will see you deliver varied corporate events including high-impact international forums and conferences, executive offsites, bespoke client experiences, incentive trips, roadshows, exhibitions and experiential/digital campaigns.

From day one, you'll take ownership of end-to-end logistics on smaller projects and work closely with senior team members on large-scale global events. You'll be:

Leading event delivery, logistics, and budgeting

Managing event registration

Managing client and supplier relationships with confidence

Sourcing venues/suppliers and AV across multiple time zones

Taking client briefs and contributing to creative proposal writing and presentations

The must have for this role is event experience (agency side) but in terms of level they really can be a bit flexible here. They would consider candidates on Senior proj Co/junior event manager level as well as more experienced event managers. It really is all about the person, if you are an excellent communicator with proven ability of dealing with clients day to day, can juggle competing deadlines like a pro, have a true proactive mindset and you love a spreadsheet (this is key!) then we would love to hear from you. You will be joining a small team and working remotely (aside from going onsite for events and meeting with clients/suppliers of course) and they are really looking for someone who will grow with the business.
