Corpus Christi Hooks is seeking an enthusiastic events coordinator to drive the development and execution of stadium events at Whataburger Field. You will manage planning, coordination with clients and vendors, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes relationship building, operational detail, and collaboration with marketing, food & beverage, and operations teams to maximize engagement and revenue on game days.

Competenze

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for fast-paced events.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard office software.
• Ability to work holidays, evenings and weekends.
• 1–3 years experience in event or venue operations, sales or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or sport management.

Mansioni

• Support on-site operations for all non-baseball events at Whataburger Field.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and vendors.
• Coordinate contracts, pre‑event planning, staffing and load‑in/out.
• Attend internal/external meetings and site walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and F&B teams to drive engagement.
