Job summary

Comcast is seeking a detail-oriented Special Events Coordinator to develop, manage, and execute all events in the Xfinity Mobile Arena under the Manager, Special Events and Hospitality. You will collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Marketing on invitations, prints, design, and guest communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute all special events in the Xfinity Mobile Arena under the direction of the Manager, Special Events and Hospitality.
• Collaborate with Sales on revenue-generating events.
• Coordinate with creative on print and design requests.
• Work with marketing to create guest invitations and communications.
• Help manage department finances and event budgets.
• Assist booking Flyers Alumni as part of the Ambassador program.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance; work nights and weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
