Job summary

Comcast is seeking a detail-oriented Special Events Coordinator to develop, manage, and execute all events in the Xfinity Mobile Arena under the Manager, Special Events and Hospitality. You will collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Marketing on invitations, prints, design, and guest communications.

This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and occasional travel. You will also assist with budgeting, ambassador program activities, and other duties as assigned, contributing to

Collaborate with Sales departments on revenue-generating events. Serve as lead for coordinating with creative on all print and design requests. Work directly with marketing to create guest invitations and communication process Help manage department finances such as specific single-event budgets. Assist booking Flyers Alumni as part of the Ambassador program for games and events. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Compensation Base Pay

Base Pay: $18.00 Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
