Renewal by Andersen of the Carolinas is seeking a Special Events Coordinator to join our Events & Retail Marketing team. You will coordinate and host exclusive invitation-only dinner events designed to educate homeowners about our products and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking to groups, and able to manage event logistics, guest lists, and partner relationships across restaurants and clubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute exclusive homeowner dinner events throughout the Carolinas.
• Host engaging presentations and create a welcoming experience for prospective customers.
• Build relationships with restaurant partners, country clubs, and local businesses.
• Research new markets, venues, and partnership opportunities to expand RSVP program.
• Coordinate event logistics including reservations, guest lists, confirmations, presentation materials, and event setup.
• Manage attendee information, lead tracking, and event reporting within company systems.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and ensure leads are documented and distributed.

Renewal by Andersen of the Carolinas is looking to add a Special Events Coordinator to our growing Events & Retail Marketing team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both working with people and staying organized behind the scenes. You'll be responsible for coordinating and hosting our exclusive invitation-only dinner events designed to educate homeowners about our products while creating an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

We're looking for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking in front of groups, and capable of managing the logistics that make every event successful. If you thrive in a role that combines event planning, customer engagement, research, and organization, we'd love to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

• Coordinate and execute exclusive homeowner dinner events throughout the Carolinas.
• Host engaging presentations and create a welcoming experience for prospective customers.
• Build relationships with restaurant partners, country clubs, and local businesses.
• Research new markets, venues, and partnership opportunities to help expand our RSVP program.
• Coordinate event logistics including reservations, guest lists, confirmations, presentation materials, and event setup.
• Manage attendee information, lead tracking, and event reporting within company systems.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and ensure leads are accurately documented and distributed.
• Communicate with prospective customers before and after events to maximize attendance and customer satisfaction.
• Track event performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support additional marketing events and special projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
